Luca's Story
In 2020, our founder, Luca Kuhn, set out to transform women’s cycling apparel. She saw a market dominated by gear that was often designed with men in mind, leaving women’s fit and needs as an afterthought. Luca wanted something different: high-quality cycling wear that empowers women to feel strong, confident, and supported on every ride - and that looks beautiful, simple, and timeless.
Over the next four years, she dedicated herself to crafting a line that not only looks incredible but feels amazing. Made with premium, body-responsive, and moisture-wicking fabrics, LUCA’s gear is designed to perform in every environment, from high-intensity spin classes to long, challenging road routes.
But LUCA is more than apparel - it’s a community. We believe that every ride is a chance to push beyond comfort zones, explore new horizons, and support each other along the way. Together, we’re building a space where women feel empowered, celebrated, and ready to take on any challenge - in gear that’s built to go the distance.

LUCA's Design Philosophy
Every piece starts with a question: what does a woman actually need from this garment?
Not what works for a men's cut scaled down. Not what's easiest or cheapest to manufacture. What works for women's bodies, women's rides, and the way women move.
We obsess over detail. Pocket placement, compression zones, how a jersey sits when you're in the drops for three hours. Every piece is tested across the full size range before it ships, because a fit that works for a size 8 and falls apart at a 14 isn't a fit at all.
Small batches. Real feedback. Refined between runs. That's how LUCA gets better.
More Than Kit
LUCA isn't just what you wear. It's who you ride with.
Every week in Richmond Park and Regent's Park, women of every level show up for LUCA Laps. No pace requirement, no experience needed. Just a ride, a coffee (and pastries), and a community that gets it.
We ride alongside some of the most inspiring women in the sport. Neah Evans, Olympic silver medallist and multiple British national track champion, Siân Rainsley, European and British triathlon champion, and grassroots U23 racing team Simpson Nouvelles. They wear LUCA because they believe in what we're building, and help us shape what comes next.
